These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 125 ph platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or accessing any services.

- Each individual may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension.

5. Payments, Transactions, and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 125 ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through payment methods made available on the platform at the time of your transaction.
- You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for technical outages, maintenance periods, or third-party disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Changes to Terms
125 ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence of:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Provision of false or misleading account information
- Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
